Zaple Global Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the WhatsApp Business API service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share your information through the services we provide.

Information Collection

When you use our Service, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Username, password, and account preferences.
• Communication Data: Messages sent and received through the Service, including metadata.

• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

The product communications, marketing, and general analytics uses described above do not apply to Google user data obtained through Google APIs.

Google Sheets Integration and Google User Data

If you choose to connect Google Sheets to Zaple, Zaple accesses only the Google Sheet, worksheet, and Google Drive file metadata that you explicitly select. The information accessed may include spreadsheet rows and the mapped fields you choose, such as name, mobile number, email address, and tags.

Zaple uses this Google user data only to provide and improve the Google Sheets contact synchronization feature visible in Zaple. This includes allowing you to map columns, import contacts or customer-list records, create or update those records in Zaple, and automatically synchronize later changes from the selected Sheet.

Zaple accesses Google Drive metadata only for the selected Google Sheet in order to detect changes and maintain synchronization. Zaple does not access unrelated Google Drive files.

Zaple does not sell Google user data; use it for advertising, marketing, profiling, or credit-related purposes; or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Zaple does not modify, delete, or share your Google Sheets data except where required to provide the synchronization requested by you, comply with law, protect security, or as part of a business transfer with the required consent.

Google access tokens are protected and used only to maintain the connection you authorized. You can stop future synchronization by disconnecting the Google Sheets integration or requesting deletion of the stored connection.

The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service
• For Legal Reasons: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales
• With Your Consent: When you have given us permission to share

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no system can guarantee 100% security, and we cannot ensure absolute security of your data.
